If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, simply return it within 31 days of delivery to you. A refund of the final invoice price (minus shipping and handling charges) will be issued.
There are NO RESTOCKING FEES.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items; unless otherwise agreed upon. Refunds will not be issued for damaged merchandise.
PRIOR TO MAKING A RETURN:

If parts were to arrive damaged in your shipment, UPS and/or FED EX require that the receiver (customer) notify the carrier (UPS or FED EX) immediately and reject the damaged package. In addition, please contact Inboard Online to notify us that you have shipment with potential freight damage. We will file a claim and send out the identical part.
