Ordered these parts to convert to a serpentine belt: Alternator Serpentine Belt (2003 and Up 5.7 Liter),725034 Crank Pulley for 5.7L (serpentine belt),531199 Serpentine Belt Pulley 70A Alt.,575013 Serpentine Water Pump Pulley (5.7L),531198 Took about an hour to make the change - very pleased with the results.
